This specialty restaurant makes an architectural statement with bamboo slats which overlap with colorful niches. The vibrant colors were derived from vegetables, a key ingredient in the restaurant’s cuisine. The project used rapidly renewable bamboo, eco-friendly resin, recycled materials, and efficient systems and fixtures in pursuit of LEED Silver Certification.
